Coach Frank has been a dedicated part of the New Rochelle Knights coaching staff for over a decade. During that time, he also spent six years coaching at Bronxville High School across the Modified, JV, and Varsity levels, gaining experience in developing athletes at every stage of their baseball journey.

Bringing a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and passion to the program, Coach Frank is known for his commitment to teaching strong fundamentals and fostering meaningful player development. He has helped shape countless young athletes into confident, disciplined players prepared for college-level competitions.

Beyond the baseball field, Coach Frank proudly serves the community as a New Rochelle Firefighter. Balancing his responsibilities as a first responder with his dedication to coaching, he embodies the values of teamwork, perseverance, and service—qualities he works hard to instill in his players every day. Coach franks bring a high leave of play that has shown with his countless GHVBL and Tournament championships.

Driven by a genuine desire to make a positive impact, Coach Frank focuses on developing not only skilled athletes but also respectful, driven young men who understand the importance of hard work and integrity, both in the game and in life.
