Coach Eric , A true Knight from the start, Eric Falisi has been part of the New Rochelle Knights organization since its founding—first as a player and now as a dedicated coach for the past six years. His deep roots in the program and lifelong commitment to the Knights embody the pride, tradition, and competitive spirit that define the organization.

Before stepping into coaching, Eric was a standout three-year varsity player at New Rochelle High School, where he captained the team his senior year. He went on to play at Fordham University, contributing both on the field and in leadership as Vice President of the Club Baseball Team.

As a coach, Eric combines his knowledge of the game with a genuine passion for player development. He focuses on sharpening defensive skills, strengthening baseball IQ, and fostering a culture of discipline, teamwork, and accountability. Beyond the game itself, Eric is committed to mentoring young athletes—helping them build confidence, character, and leadership qualities that serve them long after they leave the field.
